How does infrared sauna work?
An infrared sauna is a sauna without humidity and high temperature.
In a cabin where the sauna is infrared, the heat is perceived differently. Infrared rays penetrate the skin and manage to provide a pleasant sensation, immediate well-being. The heat produced immediately relaxes the muscles without using the high temperatures of a traditional Finnish sauna that goes beyond 80°, in the infrared sauna it does not exceed 60°. The sweating will not be as copious as in a sauna, but excellent benefits can still be obtained. The stay time inside the cabin can be increased, you can stay even longer than 15 minutes, moreover compared to the traditional sauna, you don’t need to undergo showers or refreshing baths. In wellness centres, spas, thermal centres we recommend 3 sessions per week for a maximum time of 45 minutes per session. In infrared saunas, as in traditional saunas, it is absolutely forbidden to bring: jewelry, watches, rings, glasses and of course not even electronic devices and mobile phones. An absolutely useful way to live a part of the day free from any control, in full relaxation, paying attention only to the noise of our breath.
Benefits of the infrared sauna
The benefits of the infrared sauna are the same as those of a traditional sauna. After the infrared sauna there is no need to undergo a cold shower, however, a relaxing, detox, toning massage is recommended, which helps microcirculation to expel all excess toxins. A tool, the sauna, which helps muscles, joints, skin, respiration and circulation to rejuvenate. It manages to relieve muscle pain thanks to the great heat that loosens the muscles, penetrates deeply into the dermis and also unlocks the joints. The skin that naturally regenerates, purifies and loses opaque cells. A ritual to undergo to find new vigor, where to recover mental lucidity and vital energy to live our days in full.
What are infrared rays?
Infrared rays are an integral part of the solar spectrum, they are fundamental for human life. They are electromagnetic waves with a wavelength between 7600 and 150000 A°. Conventional saunas heat the air, infrared saunas instead transport heat directly into the body. Infrared rays can penetrate up to 40mm under the skin, this type of heating manages to eliminate nicotine, alcohol, acids, heavy metals such as lead and nickel. A 360° purification. In infrared saunas the sweating is complete, the liquids will not only be liquids but will also be partly (20%) fat, where the toxins will be dissolved inside. The result will be immediately verifiable in terms of weight and sensations, purification will give a strong sense of well-being.
Cellulite reduction
It has been proven that regular use of an infrared sauna treatment counteracts its formation and reduces its presence, even managing to eliminate it completely.
